- The Womack Army Medical Center intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source contract to FONEMED, LLC, 2975 Broadmoor Valley Rd STE 202, Colorado Springs, CO for renewing the FONEMED proprietary Triage software license and software upgrades. This requirement is being processed under the authority of PL104-106 sec 4202 (Clinger-Cohen Act) and FAR 13.501(a) "only once source reasonably available. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract under Synopsis announcement W91YTZ-12-T-0006. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 511210 and the business size standard is $25.0M. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition procedures. Parties interested in future announcements shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above.
