- The Bureau of Reclamation, Albuquerque Area Office, through the Upper Colorado Regional Office, has a requirement for assistance in planning and orchestrating an interactive workshop that addresses human and ecosystem resilience to the effects of climate change in the Santa Fe watershed, and potential adaptation and mitigation strategies to address those effects. Other tasks will include providing speakers and facilitation services for breakout sessions and plenary session, and preparation of a summary report. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability and approach to meet the government need; price; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. R12PS43006 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted by December 12, 2011.
