- Pre-Solicitation Notice W9127S-12-T-0007: The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is for an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Service Contract for providing Boundary Maintenance for Norfork and Bull Shoals Lakes. This proposed procurement is Small Business Setaside. Date of issue for the solicitation will be on or about December 22, 2011, on www.fbo.gov. Request for Quotes will be due on or about January 24, 2012. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotes Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools and supplies, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform clearing and marking of surveyed boundary lines of Government property surrounding Bull Shoals and/or Norfork Lake. The contractor is required to identify and document any trespass encroachments found on Government property and all missing survey monuments as service is performed. All services shall be performed as specified and in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, general and special contract requirements, specifications, drawings, attachments, and exhibits contained herein or incorporated by reference. There are two bid schedules, Schedule A for Bull Shoals Lake and Schedule B for Norfork Lake. A contractor can submit a quote for one or both schedules. If both schedules are awarded to the same contractor, the contractor must be capable of performing work on both schedules simultaneously. The period of performance will be a base year and two option per. The work to be performed under this contract will be performed on the Bull Shoals and/or Norfork Lake's boundary line, under the Mountain Home Project Office. NO CD's OR HARD COPIES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE. You must be registered with the FBO website to download the solicitation documents.
