- The Bureau of Land Management, Grand Staircase HQ/Kanab, UT has a requirement to obtain Janitorial Services for the new Co-Located Building in Kanab, UT. These services are to be procured using a firm-fixed price contract with a proposed Base Year and Two Option Years as the Government's Needs and Funding Allows. This procurement is being obtained under NAICS code 561720 with a Small Business Set-Aside of $16.5 Million and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This is a best value procurement and evaluation factors will be utilized in determining a proposal which is most adventageous to the government. A full solicitation package including statement of work, wage determination and forms for compliance with HSPD-12 will be provided on or about 12/22/2011.
