Description

This notice is to serve as a Pre solicitation Notice to procure an on-line training course for South Central Veterans Health Care Network (SCVHCN - VISN 16) clinical staff under FAR Part 12, "Acquisition of Commercial Items", and FAR Part 13, "Simplified Acquisition Procedures". Eligibility Requirements: (1) Proposals will "Only" be accepted from current vendors on the American Association of Critical Care (AACN) Distribution Partners List and (2) Vendors must be able to provide proof of being current on the List. This course is an AACN, 10-Module certification course entitled, "Essentials of Critical Care Orientation (ECCO). Your response to the request for proposal must contain all requested pricing and non pricing information in accordance with the solicitation/contract terms, conditions, and provisions. It is anticipated that the contract awarded will be for a twelve month base period and four one year option periods. The NAICS code for this effort is 611420 Computer Training, with a small business size standard of $7.0 Million. The solicitation is scheduled to be posted on or about December 23, 2011, under solicitation number VA256-12-R-0258 and will contain the detailed requirements for this acquisition.
