- Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: FBO Special Notice This is not a request for proposal or a request for quote. There is no solicitation document available. This is a notice of intent of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) at James J. Peters to negotiate a sole source contract with Filtrine Manufacturing, for providing all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, instruments, equipment to fully maintain the (1) Filtrine One Pass Chillers (Model PCP-1500G180A-WP-RED-QCP (2) - AS). It is in the best interest of the Government to acquire the products through this vehicle to ensure consistent terms and conditions in licensing and maintenance, and to take advantage of administrative cost savings obtained from having all products licensed and maintained through a single vendor. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This procurement is being conducted using FAR Part 13 procedures. NAICS code is 333319.
