- This acquisition is being issued in accordance with FAR Subpart 13. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support, Mechanicsburg, PA has a requirement to renew Liebert hardware maintenance for the period of one year. Solicitation N00104-12-Q-Q182 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 334119 with a size standard of 1,000. A firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the most advantageous price to the Government. The customer and end user is the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard located in Bremerton, WA 98314-5001. The Period of Performance is 12/4/2011 “ 12/3/2012. Attached is an Excel spreadsheet of the hardware being renewed; please use this spreadsheet as a pricing tool. Additionally, included in the spreadsheet is a Brand Name Justification for renewing the Liebert hardware. Contractor ™s quote is due 5:00 P.M, Eastern, 13 Dec 2011, and shall be valid for 30 days.
