- The VA Heartland Network 15 is seeking to award a single contract for NFPA fire code online subscription services. The vendor will provide the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) a web based subscription service to the National Fire Codes current and past editions along with the standard updates to the codes as published during the year for 160 VHA medical centers/health care systems. It is anticipated that the contract period will begin on or about January 1, 2012 or date of award through December 31, 2012. This acquisition is set aside for 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511199. The solicitation will be posted on or about December 7, 2011. The small business size standard is 500 employees.
