- The WR-ALC/PK Contracting Squadron, Robins AFB, GA is issuing a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price contract to Design/construct additions to building 180 at Robins AFB, GA. This announcement will only serve as a presolicitation notice. This acquisition will be set-aside 100% for HUB-Zone small business concerns IAW FAR Part 19 procedures. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236210. This project consist of, but is not limited to, design and construction of two new additions to Building 180. These additions will be Pre-engineered Metal Buildings with standing seam metal roofs. The first will be a 1978.4 square feet addition to the north-east corner of the existing building and will be used for staging/layout and is designated as Area 1. The second addition will be on the south side of the de-paint area near the existing rollup door and will be 1250 square feet. This addition will be designated as Area 2 and will be used for pre-paint/sanding. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1 Million. This range does not reflect the actual estimated cost. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted in writing or via email to the Primary POC. The actual solicitation will be posted on or about 1 Jan 2012.
