- CONSTRUCTION CLAUSES SF18 - CONTINUATION SHEET SF18 - REQUEST FOR QUOTE This project is to furnish all labor; materials, equipment and tools to spray insulate the attic spaces in two separate buildings and completely seal the attic area from outside air infiltration. The performance period will be 14 calendar days. The estimated price range of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2007 code is 238310. The small business size standard is a three-year average annual gross receipt of $14.0 million. A payment protection is required. The anticipated award date is 30 days after quotations are due. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency.
