- AMENDMENT A00001 SF 30 FORM 12/8/2011 AMENDMENT (A00001) is issued to Solicitation No. HSCG80-12-Q-P45028 is hereby amended as follows: 1. Incorporate the following verbiage: The acquisition is to perform drydock and repairs to the USCGC BONITO (WPB-87341) and USCGC SEAHAWK (WPB-87323). The government may award one or separate contracts as a result of the solicitation. Contractors will be allowed to submit quotes for one or both vessels. 2. Corrections on Standard Form 1449; #6 Date change to December 7, 2011 and #8 Offer Due date change to December 21, 2011 @ 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. 3. Pg 6 CLIN 39 extended price should read NSP. Pg 9 CLIN 34 extended price should read NSP QUOTES ARE DUE 21 DEC 2011 AT 10:00 a.m. E.S.T. PLEASE BE SURE TO ATTACH THE SIGNED SF30 FORM WHEN SUBMITTING YOUR QUOTE.
