- PROVIDE POSMV 5 UPGRADE WITH POSPAC MMS 5.X SOFTWARE FOR SURVEY SECTION, USACE NEW ENGLAND DISTRICT, CONCORD MA - The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $150,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 22 DECEMBER 2012 and will be available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and 'register now' under Vendor/Citizens).
