- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply, a 3160P MRI Patient Vital Signs Monitor, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. There is no set-aside requirement for this procurement as NAICS code 334510 is exempt. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This requirement is categorized under NAICS: 334510 and has a Small Business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is for a Brand Name Invivo or Equal with equal specifications. Or equal quotations shall include manufacturer, part number, warranty, and sufficient salient information to clearly depict the product as equal. Award will be made to the quotation which offers the best value to the government. The Government also reserves the right to make no award at all. The Department of the Army, Healthcare Acquisition Activity- North has a requirement to purchase: One (1) each 3160P MRI Patient Vital Signs Monitor with Wireless 2.4 GHz Dual Lead ECG, Wireless 2.4 GHz Pulse Oximetry (Sp02), Direct Wireless remote display controller, MRI Printer, Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP), Advanced ECG Filters, Integrated End-Tidal C02, Active Trend Arrows, 360 Degree Alarm light, All parameters support Adult, Pediatric, Infant and Neonatal applications, 8-Hour Smart Battery Teclmology, Accessory Storage Tray, Express Service Enabled) to include the following: trade-in allowance for model 3150M, TOI/VPU with Temperature, Rolling Pedestal (Rolling Pedestal Configuration-Rolling Pedestal that Wireless Display can dock to for power and transport. Includes Express accessory basket, wireless module holder and cable management system. Unit is battery powered or MRI AC plug-in (Both included), WPU with Agents, DCU without printer, DCU with printer, network channel A, and accessories kit, wall channel pivot arm, neonatal MRI starter kit, quick connect SP02 consumables for adults, infants, neo, peel, NiBP disposable sample kit, agents 3160 starter kit, body temperature probe, one (1) day on-site expression system training, and one (1) year limited warranty. Shipping shall be FOB destination and included in your quote, and delivery is to be completed 4-8 weeks are the receipt of the award.
