- THOMPSON FIRE WYOMING SAGEBRUSH RESEEDING: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform sagebrush seeding on 1,120 acres of BLM surface burned within the Thompson Fire (see attached maps). Seed will be provided by the BLM and shipped to the contractor. GIS shape files will be provided by the BLM for use by the contractor. LOCATION: The work is for the Bureau of Land Management's Newcastle Field Office, Wyoming. Reseeding will be conducted within Niobrara County for 1,120 acres located in T. 37 N., R. 66 W., Section 6,; T. 38 N., R. 66 W, Sections 7, 18, 19, 20, 21, 29, 30, and 31; T. 38 N., R. 67 W., Sections 24, 26, and 25; as designated in solicitation attachments. All work shall be performed under a single contract.The Project cost is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This project has period of performance that will being 01 JAN 2012 and close on no later than 15 FEB 2012. The Solicitation is to be issued on or about 09 NOV2011.
