- A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase request 0043552776 authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A512R1212. Contract type is Firm-Fixed Price contract. This item is currently sole sourced to General Electric Company, CAGE 99207, NSN 5330-01-135-8780, Seal, Main Spraybar, in accordance with part number 4056T56G01. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described above are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 8,646 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin, Inspection/Acceptance Origin. The delivery requested is 398 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Safety Item.
