- Wage Determination Appendix C (Safety) Appendix A (Equipment) Performance Work Statement Solicitation The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, personal protective equipment and clothing, hearing protection, eye protection including prescription safety glasses, materials and parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB, OK, to provide 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week, Remedial and Preventive Maintenance Support on IBM Hardware. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. Period of Performance: Basic Year 27 Dec 2011 - 26 Dec 2012 Option I 27 Dec 2012 - 26 Dec 2013 Option II 27 Dec 2013 - 26 Dec 2014 Option III 27 Dec 2014 - 26 Dec 2015 Option IV 27 Dec 2015 - 26 Dec 2016 The Government contemplates awarding a commercial Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) contract. The solicitation close date is 21 Dec 2011 4:00pm CST.
