- Notice of Intent for Sole Source for the use of the LifeCell Spy Elite System. The Veterans Affairs James J. Peters Medical Center, Network Contracting Acquisitions (VISN3) intends to enter into sole source procurement Pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.302-1, with LifeCell Corporation. The period of performance will be for Fiscal Year 2012. Services will be performed for James J. Peters Medical Center (Bronx, New York). The LifeCell Spy Elite System equipment is used for reconstructive surgery for patients that are diagnosed in the ENT Clinic. All consumable are purchased only when the cases are scheduled. The equipment is free of charge. The intent is for services to be provided at the James J. Peters medical Center in the Bronx. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service mentioned, please provided the supporting documents demonstrating their equipment/ capability; and specifications no later than December 12, 2012 @ 9:00am. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist; Blythe Richardson. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
