- Please complete access roster for access to Buckley AFB. This needs to be completed ans sent back in accordance with the solicitation. DESCRIPTION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6; as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested. The Solicitation Number is W912LC-12-T-5001, Request for Proposal. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 252.212-7001, 252.225-7001, 52.232-18. This procurement is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 488190. The size standard is $7.0 Million. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 4581. The Federal Service Code is J015. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The 140th Maintenance Squadron at the Colorado Air National Guard, Buckley AFB Aurora, CO 80011-9564 is requesting Aircraft Washes for the purpose of corrosion control, PLEASE SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. The site visit will be held at Buckley AFB, CO 80011 Building 801 on 28 December 2011 at 9:00 am MST; For Access Listing contact MSgt Lia Hudson, lia.hudson@ang.af.mil for access to Buckley AFB, CO; blank access listing will be attached to this solicitation. EALs will need to be back to MSgt Hudson by 21 December 2011 4:00 p.m. MST. ATTN: Prospective bidders shall submit their bid along with the attached Representations and Certifications by Email to: lia.hudson@ang.af.mil or by Mail to: 140MSG/MSC, Air Guard Contracting Office, Bldg 801, MS#78, 18860 E. Breckenridge Ave, Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO 80011-9564. The closing date for submission of bids is January 4th, 2012 by 2:00p.m; Mountain Standard Time. Bids shall be evaluated on the basis of: Price and Delivery Time. The successful bidder must have a valid Tax Identification Number, DUNS Number through DUN and BRADSTREET, CAGE Code and be Registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) for Electronic Funds Transfer to be awarded a contract. This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement and vendors must be willing to use the electronic invoicing system Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). This solicitation is subject tp te availability of funds IAW FAR 52.232-18.
