This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional informationincluded in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposalsare being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This procurement is being set aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned SmallBusiness. A single-source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be awarded from thiscombined synopsis/solicitation.The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 05-47.The NAICs Code is 238210 and the small business size standard for this procurement is $14Million, respectively. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotationwhich shall be considered by the agency. The offeror shall state in their offer theirsize status for this procurement.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the tasks listed in theStatement of Work (SOW). The Government will award a contract to that offeror whose offer meets the specificationsand is the most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to the factorsof past performance, technical capability, and price.1) Selection and award will be made on an aggregate basis. The awardee is required tohave a technically capable offer and highly relevant past performance.
