- Naval Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) intends to award a sole source purchase order to SAP GOVERNMENT SUPPORT AND SERVICES, INC. in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The organization's requirement is for the purchase of Secured Enterprise Support ( Software Maintenance, INXIGHT-TFPRO-SDK-4. The determination not to compete the requirement will be at the sole discretion of the Government.
