- This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competetive proposals. Naval Medical Research Center (NMRC) intend to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Cheetah Medical, Inc. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C., 2304(c)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(c). The NAICs code for this is 334510. Naval Medical Research Center requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR, please access the following website: http://www.ccr.gov/. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive and award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet number may be acquired free of charge by contacting Dun & Bradstreet on-line at https;//www.dnb.com/product/eupdate/requestOptions.html or by phone at (800) 333-0505. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses received with in ten (10) days from this posting. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A soliciation is not available.
