- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to award "Telephone Services/Expenses" to Southwestern Bell of Des Peres, MO. Attached to this notice is a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC). This will be a FAR part 12 acquisition. This will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. Southwestern Bell is providing a six (6) month extension of the current Landline services to BEP in Fort Worth, TX. If your company is able to provide this landline service to the BEP, please contact Donna Fudge, Contract Specialist at Donna.Fudge@bep.gov on or before Thursday, December 8, 2011 2PM EST.
