- 1)Non-Personal Service to provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform custodial services at Facility UT032 (Uchida USARC, 5290 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah); in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, task and frequency charts, and the term and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. The period of performance is 15 January 2012 (or subsequent date) through 14 January 2013 with four (4) one year options. SITE VISIT: is scheduled for **MONDAY, 12 DECEMBER 2011 at 10:00AM (Local Time)**. Interested attendees are asked to meet at Facility UT032 (Uchida USARC, 5290 West 700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah).
