- Request for Proposal includes SF1449, Statement of Work, Evaluation Criteria. Attachment C. Environmental Maintenance Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acqisitiion Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. See attached Statement of Work (SOW), Evaluation Criteria, and Environmental Equipment Maintenance Schedule for detailed description of requirement. The reference number is PBGC01-RQ-12-0010 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This acquisition is firm-fixed price. Provisions and clauses applicable to this acquisition are included in the attached SF-1449. Responses shall be submitted via email to miller.mark@pbgc.gov no later than 11:00 AM EST on December 12, 2011. Quotes must be valid for (30) days after due date. Any amendments issued to this RFP will be published on this website. Therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to visit this website frequently for updates on this procurement.
