- ****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Denise McKinney. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: CCAM-SM-A, Denise McKinney, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-955-9220. No telephone requests will be accepted. This acquisition is a One Year Basic contract plus four Option years for Engineering Support Services to the HAWK RTU II and HAWK/HAWK Evolution Shelter Modification Support Services. Period of Performance for this acquisition is 01 April 2012 through 01 April 2016. Man-Hours for the basic plus 4 is estimated at 9,413. This item is restricted to Chandler May Incorporated (CMI), CAGE: 0PV88, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
