Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with AT&T Global Services. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Consolidated Communications for supplying continuous dial tone for Plain Old Telephone Lines (POTS) Topeka Kansas VA Medical Center Out Patient Clinics located at Manhattan Vet Center, Lawrence, Wyandotte, and Leavenworth. This agreement is for a one year base and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
