Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 15 Heartland Network, intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with Consolidated Communications. This notice of intent is to negotiate on a sole source basis with Consolidated Communications for supplying continuous dial tone for Plain Old Telephone Lines (POTS) for the Marion VA Medical Center Out Patient located in Effingham Illinois. This agreement is for a one year base and four option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available. See FBO note 22.
