- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is for preventive maintenance (PM) and remedial maintenance (RM) of government owned Panasonic TLD reader systems under Element of Resource (EOR) code 2571. The contractor shall provide preventive and on-call remedial maintenance to include labor, diagnostic software/hardware, documentation, test equipment and all tooling for 95 percent effective performance of government-owned Panasonic TLD readers and magazine changers.
