- RIA-JMTC has a need to purchase 3 Cold Metal Transfer Systems, manufactured by Fronius, with the option to purchase up to 6 more. This solicitation is being set aside for Small Business; NAICS: 333992. All inquires must be in writing to the listed Contract Specialist for this procurement: Cathy Mueller, e-mail: cathy.g.mueller.civ@mail.mil. Phone calls will not be accepted. Complete details will be provided upon release of the solicitation on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may down load it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://acquisition.army.mil. Approximate issue date is 09 Dec 2011. All dates and information are subject to change.. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore the responsibility of any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them may render your bid nonresponsive. Award can be made only to the contractor that is registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) System. The internet address to register is https://www.bpn.gov/CCR. Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.
