- Questions form RFP Template This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for NAF (Non Appropriated Funds) Automotive Technician Services. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written and signed offers (oral and unsigned offers will not be accepted), on RFQ FA4661-12-H-000X-NAF Automotive Diagnostic Technician (Please see attached). All questions pertaining to this requirement must be written and they should be submitted and received no later than 2:00 p.m. (CST), 15 December 2011 to daniel.irungu@dyess.af.mil. Quotes should be faxed to 325-696-4078 attn: A1C Irungu or via email to daniel.irungu@dyess.af.mil. For any other questions call 325-696-6043. Quotes are required to be received no later than 02:00 PM CST, Monday, 23 December 2011.
