- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Mission Contracting Office, Fort Eustis, VA will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Administrative Telephone Support services for the Network Enterprise Center in support of Fort Eustis, VA and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Story (JEBLCS), Fort Story, VA. This requirement is being competitively set-aside for eligible 8(a) firms. The government anticipates the award of a single Fixed Price contract. The period of performance will include a 30 day Phase-In period, 11-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods, if exercised. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The designated NAICS Code is 517919, (All Other Telecommunications); size standard in dollars is $25,000,000. It is required that all contractors doing business with the Government be registered with the Central Contractor Registry at website: http://www.ccr.gov. This is not a request for proposals at this time. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. No additional information regarding this procurement will be available prior to the release of the RFP. The entire solicitation (W911S0-12-R-0002) will be made available on the Government Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi and FedBizOpps (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov, on or about 21 December 2011. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
