- The United States Department of Labor's, Office of Public Affairs (OPA), is seeking a contractor to provide professional framing services. An indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract is anticipated, on a fixed unit price basis. This is a 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned small businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 423220, Home Furnishing Merchant Wholesalers, with a size standard of 100 employees. The period of performance of the proposed contract is anticipated to encompass a period of five years. The solicitation will be available on or after December 13, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site, http:\\www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
