- Description
- New Office Build Out GSA/Federal Courts Post Office Building 151 West Street Rutland, Vermont Synopsis: The contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision as required for the new office build out. The project includes the following work: - Carpet replacement - Painting of existing interior walls - Installation of new door lock cylinders - Fabrication and installation of custom office cabinets (millwork) - Limited mechanical and electrical work including relocation of two computer room split air conditioning systems currently located in a neighboring building. - Installation of miscellaneous electrical outlets - Work will be performed on the basement level and on the 4th floor of the Post Office building. The solicitation will be posted on or about December 22, 2011. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 10:00 am. Award of contract is contingent upon project funding. Project is Subject to Availability of Funds. This procurement is 100% set aside for Small Business. Estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps on or about December 22, 2011.
