- In accordance with FAR 5.2 and 17.207(c)(4), this notice advertises the Government's intent to exercise option year one of a five year contract to Marin Airporter, Inc. The option year will be in effect from December 31, 2011 through April 29, 2012. The original award included a base year and four option years. The original award was made in accordance with FAR 6.2, Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources, and FAR 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. The Contractor shall provide Shuttle Bus Services (equipment and drivers) for the 2011-2012 Operating Season to transport visitors to the Headlands area of Point Reyes National Seashore on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays during the peak whale watching visitation season of late December 2011 through mid April 2012.
