This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the date of this combined synopsis/solicitation NAICS is 339113 and the size standard is 500 employees. THIS ACQUISITION IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. EDWARDS AIR FORCE BASE, CA IS SEEKING TO PURCHASE THE FOLLOWING SUPPLY ITEMS: CORNER GUARDS Line Item: 1. Corner Guards: The required corner guards need to match existing furnishings. In order to match existing corner guards/hand rails/kick plates Edwards AFB requires a maple wood corner guard with a stainless steel corner insert. Attached to this solicitation is pictures of existing corner guards for reference. The corner guards are required in different locations and therefore will be ordered in differing heights. The following measurements and quantities are required: 15 ea. @ 5'-1 ¾'' height 19 ea. @ 3'-0'' height 2 ea. @ 6'-0'' height 2 ea. @ 1'6'' height 2. Installation: Installation will also be included in this acquisition. The installation of these corner guards shall occur at the following locations within the Edwards Clinic: (6) front of elevators (1) under stairwell (2) at vending machines (19) east corridor (6) courtyard corridor (4) facilities management More direction will be given at the facility upon award. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerrors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Acceptability: Technical acceptability includes providing a maple wood corner guard with a stainless steel corner insert to match existing wall features. 2.
