Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quotes. The purpose of this announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources, including their size classification. This Sources Sought Announcement shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract, and this announcement does not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government shall in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 446110. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Michael E. DeBakey Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, Texas, is seeking qualified sources to provide Pharmacy Services- Isotopes for Nuclear Medicine. Qualified offerors should submit the following information in response to this Sources Sought Announcement: (1) company name; (2) address; (3) point of contact; (4) phone and fax numbers; (5) email address; (6) DUNS number; (7) type of small business if applicable and ; and (8) a capability statement that addresses the company's qualifications to perform the work described. Responses should be emailed to kieu.dinh@va.gov with "Isotopes for Nuclear Medicine" in the subject line. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than December 14, 2011 at 3:00 p.m.
