- This is a Notice of Intent to make a Sole Source award under the authority of FAR 13.501 to Weber State University, Harrison Blvd, Ogden, 84404 for a marketing and advertising campaign within their athletic department for a the period of November 2011 to November 2012. The campaign consists of: on-premise signage, video and print content, and occasional t-shirts. No solicitation or Request for Quote (RFQ) is available for this procurement. Nevertheless, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting the requirements as stated in the attached Justification and Approval, may submit a response; which, if received within seven (7) calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Responses to this posting must be submitted via e-mail; no phone calls will be accepted. A determination not to compete the described contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Federal Government.
