- Description
- Provide online access to the GeoRef database and the Collection of Journals (found in the solicitation document) for the United States Army Corps of Engineers Electronic Library, Rock Island, Illinois. This solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code 519130 will apply with the size standard of 500 Employees. This work will be awarded to the lowest priced quote. Evaluation factors for award shall be as follows: Price. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps website, www.fbo.gov on or about 8 December 2011. The date and time for receipt of quotes will be on 22 December 2011, 12:00 p.m. CST. It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items/Services. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal. No faxes will be accepted. If you are submitting your offer by mail or electronic, please ensure your offer has been received.
