Description

This is notification that DLA Aviation intends to solicit and issue a modification to add the following sole source NSNs to BAE Corporate SPM400-06-D-9405: 5865-01-492-9701 5865-01-530-3082 5865-01-571-8436 7025-01-598-5613 5865-01-457-4947 5865-01-495-3645 7025-01-561-6683 5865-01-532-6555 5865-01-527-2187 5865-01-411-5280 5865-01-384-9404 Note 22 applies. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement or to submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, all proposals received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
