- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for non-commercial items associated with the 22 NSNs identified below. These items are targeted for the Pratt & Whitney Corporate Contract, SPM400-01-D-9405. Pratt & Whitney is the only known source of supply, and the Government intends to negotiate with only once source under the authority of FAR 6.302 (See Note 22). These items are configuration controlled, source controlled, to United Technologies Pratt & Whitney (52661/77445); unrestricted. ABVS applies. FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. All pieces are to be delivered in accordance with the schedule below or best possible delivery. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be December 23, 2011 with a closing date of January 27, 2012.
