- NOTICE OF INTENT REQUEST # W81C5M1277M251 The US Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, Installation Division, 4118 Susquehanna Ave, APG, MD 21005 intends to award a sole source contract to Kairos Autonomi, 508 W. 8360 S. sandy, Utah 84070. The contract will be for the annual maintenance on the Kairos Autonomi Pronto4 Agnositic Autonomy System. Contract will include technical personnel, transportation, telephone support and materials to maintain the Pronoto4 within manufacture specifications. Kairos Autonomi is the manufacture. The contract will be for a base year and two (2) option years. Kairos Autonomi is proprietary. Interested parties may identify their interest in writing to the identified point of contact no later than 03:00 PM, Eastern Time, December 15, 2011. Telephone responses will not be accepted. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
