- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Inspector General, intends to award a sole source contract to CCH Incorporated. This award will be for five (5) years which will include a one (1) year base period and four (4) twelve month option periods. This annual support renewal is for 200 brand name CCH TeamMate software licenses. The maintenance agreement includes continued use of the software, technical support, product updates, and access to an online user community to facilitate collaboration. This software serves as the Office of Inspector General?s primary method for creation of project files, organization of electronic work papers and audit and inspection evidence, and accessibility and retention in a manner that satisfies generally accepted Government auditing standards of the Government Accountability Office, as well as standards of the President's Council on Integrity and Efficiency and the Institute of Internal Auditors. The proposed action is for servic es for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. Interested parties should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement within seven calendar days of publication of this notice, to be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
