- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION "The Fitness Minute" This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. a. Solicitation Number 216412786353 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates the following with the word "quoter" substituted for "offeror". b. Provisions and clauses are those in effect through both Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-54, effective 02 December 2011 and DFARS Change Notice 20111207. c. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside, associated with NAICS Code 713940, and small business size standard of $ 7.0 millions. d. Description: CLIN 0001. The Fitness Minute, The feature is target to service-members and relates to physical fitness and staying in top shape, both through eating and exercise habits.
