- The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for technical, analytical, financial and reporting services for The Army Force Development (FD) G-8. This will be a Time and Material (T&M) type contract. The RFP under Solicitation W91WAW-12-R-0002 will be for Full and Open competition in accordance with FAR 6; Full and Open Competition and FAR Part 15 procedures. The solicitation is expected to be released on or about 15 December 2011. All proposals are expected to be received within 30 days after release of the solicitation. When released, the solicitation can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website. The web address is: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/, select Contracting Opportunities Search, then select ACC-NCR, as the contracting activity or search by the solicitation number. All questions related to this notice must be submitted in writing via fax or e-mail to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses below.
