- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) SP4707-11-Q-0015 Contractor is to provide the items listed below. Item SUPPLIES/SERVICES QTY UNIT UNIT-PRICE AMOUNT 0001 High Quality Digital Video Conversion 01 EA Hardware Brand name or equal P/N: ADVC1000 0002 Programming Support for item 0001 HR IAW the SOW Total Requirement is FOB: Destination Please review the attached Statement of Work Contractor is to propose the number of hours and rate for line 0002 Offerors providing an "or equal" product must provide technical information in sufficient detail to show that the product offered is equal to the requested item. If the product offered is not considered "equal" then the quote will be technically un-acceptable. See attached Specifications for the requested product. To be considered equal the equipment must meet the following specifications and the general description of item 0001: -NTSC and PAL compatible -IEEE 1394a (Firewire) Interface -Bi-directional SDI/DV conversion -Rack Mountable -Windows and Mac compatible This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. NAICS code is 517919 the size standard is $25,000,000. The resulting order will be firm-fixed price. The offeror shall provide a price for the lines above. Price will include any shipping.
