- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for the acquisition of Secure Enterprise Support for SmartDiscovery software licenses and maintenance. The period of performance for this requirement is 01/01/2012-12/31/2012. The Government anticipates a sole-source award of a single firm-fixed price purchase order to SAP Government Support and Services, Inc. The vendor is the only known reseller for SmartDiscovery products and services. The award shall be based on best value in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Evaluation factors include; 1) Technical Capability and 2) Past Performance. Price will also be considered. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to ryan.f.burke@usdoj.gov. All respondents shall be considered by this agency. The deadline for questions is December 12, 2011 at 4:00pm. Quotes shall be submitted by December 14, 2011 at 12:00pm EST.
