- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 4235-01-542-8169, Spill Containment Unit in accordance with Polymer & Steel Technologies Inc CAGE 0N5W4 P/N 4804-TN-SU. The estimated annual quantity is 360 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 90 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The 5-year maximum quantity is 3600 EA. FOB Destination; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted. Other Than Full and Open Competition applies. Item is commercial. Item is used in support of Fuel System Supply Point. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is December 23, 2011. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
