- Description
- This is a Pre-solicitation notice and not a Request for Proposals (RFP), thus no proposals are currently being requested and should be submitted at this time. The Program Support Center (PSC) intends to acquire an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide services in support of the PSC Service Area programs. It is anticipated that no more than three (3) contracts will be awarded as a result of the Request for Proposal which is scheduled to be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov on or about December 30, 2011. The place of performance shall be specified in each individual task order. Performance at Government sites throughout the United States, its possessions and territories are within scope of this contract. However, the vast majority of the work is expected to take place in Rockville, MD; Washington DC area, and all Regional offices. Some work may require performance at the contractor's facility. It will be competed among SBA Certified 8(a) Program participants. The cumulative total value of the contracts awarded under the solicitation will not exceed $10M and will have a twelve (12) month base period with the potential for four (4), twelve (12) month option periods. Task orders placed against the contract may be firm-fixed price, labor hour, or time and materials dependent on the order type which best suits the individual requirement and is most beneficial to the Government. The services in support of PSC Service Area programs shall include task areas such as Financial Management, Information Technology, Program Management, and Administrative Operations Support. No proposals are requested at this time, this is a Pre-solicitation notice only, the solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions to offerors and the response date for proposals will be available with the Request for Proposal. The RFP is anticipated to be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or around December 30, 2011.
