- Initiative is for the set up of a firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Type Contract with a base period of one year and four one year option periods for NSN 3110-00-954-5967. This NSN is identified by Messinger Bearings (CAGE 39820) P/N 23664. DFARs 252.225-7016 applies to this item. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR part 15. Terms and Conditions are FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The solicitation will contain the estimated annual quantity as well as the minimum and maximum ordering quantities. The solicitation will be released on December 29, 2011.
