- This announcement constitutes a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA) by the Electronic Systems Center, Enterprise Acquisition Division (ESC/CAA) Hanscom AFB, MA. It is the Government's intent to execute, by means of other than full and open competition, a modification to extend the Period of Performance and the Ordering Period to the Engineering and Technology Acquisition Support Services (ETASS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract (FA8721-07-D-0015) awarded to Jacobs Technology Inc. The contract ceiling will remain unchanged.
